Looks like a stacked card to blow-off Max Japan as far as I know. What's the Poker Scramble tho?
Who's promoting the BLR? And does anyone have links for the original BLR shows?

On what a "poker scramble" is... it will be unusual. The King of Lions title was once fought in a scramble match on 9/29/2016 (you may need to scroll down). This one will be different though in that if a fighter enters and is eliminated without picking up a fall, that eliminates him from the match. If you can get a fall, that gives you an extra life, so to speak. But you have to bet it to enter, more or less.
It'll be something like that. Don't get hung up on technicalities. B.L.R. never goes according as planned...

Hey thanks, man. So this stuff about an Openweight title, Charlotte, Black Lion's ace, is where you wanna take the shows once it's a regular thing? What's the relationship between BLR the promotion and BLR the tag team?

- Regarding the RPWC Openweight title - yes, basically. Here is more of a history of the belt. It has a longer history in L.R. that is being incorporated.
- Regarding BLR the promotion vs. BLR the tag team... I dunno, man. It's both. I mean, the long version is that Cutlass + Irvine form B.L.R. --> it becomes a media sensation --> corporate types wanna market it --> the boys let 'em have rights to do stuff.
I'd think about it like this:
If Cutlass and Irvine teamed up and wanted to call themselves B.L.R. and some lawyer wagged their finger at them that the name BLR is trademarked by blah-blah-blah, those two characters would probably blink once or twice and ignore everything they just heard.
But yeah, don't think too hard about it.
