PRESENTED BY POLLO BUCKET THIS IS LION'S ROAD 39 LIVE ON YOUTUBEWe open to a rowdy crowd in Toledo, Ohio, Sam Hewitt and Chad Gomez are standing by. SAM HEWITT: Hello fight fans! You are inside the the Pollo Hall here in Toledo, Ohio where tonight there are two championship bouts! In the first of the two, Black Lion's Road - King of the Lions Champion Julian Cutlass and Alexander Irvine will be defending the tag titles against Matt Pulver and La Cucaracha. CHAD GOMEZ: Yeah, this one's an interesting one for sure. Irvine's been in some hot water lately, he apparently refused bail and no one knows if he's going to be here tonight. He's currently in jail for an incident that I've so far managed to find zero information on, his media agency has done a fine job keeping this thing under wraps. I don't know what to tell you about this one, Sam. SAM HEWITT: We know Julian Cutlass is here and ready to fight, Becky Chande will be having a word with him shortly into our program and both of the challengers are here. Two men that are most definitely here this evening are Iron Champion James Edwards and his challenger Justin Seville. CHAD GOMEZ: Ah, yes, I'm excited for this one. Justin Seville is 4-0 since arriving on the scene, putting everyone to rest with the Seville Driver - a devastating piledriver that rivals that of Corey Cruelty's Oblivion whereas James Edwards has the Violent Gospel. A move which has earned him not one, not two but three knockouts in as many title defenses. Edwards has a date on March 9th with Julian Cutlass when he challenges for the King of the Lions Championship... but he best not be over looking Seville. SAM HEWITT: It wouldn't be wise to underestimate the challenger, no but another factor to consider is that Justin Seville has yet to compete under Iron Rules. There's a whole different mindset and amount of preparation that goes into this match. You could go the full twenty minutes, there aren't any rounds or rest periods - there's no pinfalls, so you have to untrain your natural instincts and the points - you have to be mindful of the fact that you could lose the match on points. You need to pick your spots, when to grab the ropes and when to use your energy to get out a hold. It's an entirely different game. That being said, we've got a great six person tag coming up so let's go to a quick commercial and we'll come back with some action!- COMMERCIAL BREAK -

All six have already been introduced as we return from commercial break. JAKE AARONS: Your referee for this bout is Buster Powell!Eli Buchanan tells AJ Knight to start things off for their side which inspires Rob Draven to start things out for his team. The bell sounds as Draven and Knight go nose to nose, the two trading barbs back and forth before Knight shoves him! Draven shoves him back! Knight darts at Draven who back drops him with ease! Knight gets up and Draven grabs a hold of his arm and wrings it out, but AJ drives a knee into his gut and slaps on a side headlock. Chrenshaw nods his head while Buchanan yells encouragement, Draven slips out and counters it into a top wrist lock... but AJ brings it back down and slaps on the side headlock again! Chrenshaw applauds from the apron as Kazoulis and Charpentier try to get the fans to rally behind the Corpse. Draven backs Knight into the ropes and shoots him out, but Knight stays holding on and gets cocky about it! He turns to the women and proclaims his superiority only for Draven to strike him twice in the stomach with an elbow! Knight smacks Draven upside the head and whips him into the ropes... THE CORPSE COMES BACK WITH A SHOULDER TACKLE! Draven goes down and Knight's momentum dumps him out to the apron, Buchanan quickly rolls him off the apron to the floor. Draven gets up and runs into Kraken! CHAD GOMEZ: Rob Draven may be quick, but not as quick as the thoughts of Eli Buchanan! Expert managing skill right there, Sam! He pulled AJ Knight off the apron, making the automatic tag and the Corpse thought he was going to get up and pounce on AJ... but he's going to get turned into a Corpse! Haha!Kraken hits him with a couple body blows to double him over and then clubs him with a forearm upside the head! Draven staggers toward the Red Army corner and Chrenshaw grabs him, drops him throat first over the top rope as referee Buster Powell tries to order Kraken to back up. Powell sees it and gives Chrenshaw a yellow card! JAKE AARONS: Referee Buster Powell has issued a yellow card to Ben Chrenshaw for interference! His first public warning!Buchanan argues the call of course and Kraken gets right in Powell's face to try and intimidate him, but the big burly referee is having none of it! Kraken pulls Draven up off the mat and hoists him up onto his shoulder with ease! He parades around the ring, showing off his power before backing into a corner... he starts out, but Draven slips out the back door and shoves Kraken sternum first into the corner! The big man stumbles out and Draven rushes in... bulldogs him into the top turnbuckle! Draven plants himself safely on the apron and begins pounding Kraken's head into the turnbuckle but ceases before Powell reaches five. Kraken leans on the top turnbuckle as Draven gets back inside and attempts to turn him around in the corner. The Corpse grabs the big man and tries to Irish whip him into the neutral corner, but Kraken counters it and sends him in... BIG SPLASH! Draven stumbles out and falls to the mat as Kraken tags in Chrenshaw. SAM HEWITT: Fans, you're seeing first hand why the Red Army is such a feared faction in Lion's Road. Kraken and Ben Chrenshaw are two of the most dangerous and dominant forces this promotion has seen in its short history and Eli Buchanan has them working together without issue. CHAD GOMEZ: If we could only say the same about AJ Knight.Chrenshaw walks in and stands over Draven, letting him pull himself up off the mat before clubbing him with a couple forearms to send him back down. Chrenshaw smirks as the Corpse attempts to get up again, but this time Chrenshaw grabs him in a front chancery and backs him into the ropes. One knee! Two knees to Draven's midsection! Powell warns him and the Crippler goes for the third, but Draven gets his hands up to block his face! Draven drives a shot into Chrenshaw's gut and then a few more to create some distance! Chrenshaw grabs him and whips him out... Chrenshaw goes for a dropkick but Draven hangs on and dives to his corner to make a much needed tag. The fans pop as Grace Kazoulis enters the match. She lets Chrenshaw get to his feet and tells him in no uncertain terms that she wants Kraken! The Crippler smirks and backs up, asking Kraken if he wants in. SAM HEWITT: The tag is made!CHAD GOMEZ: It's her funeral! The two circle around and Kraken offers up a knuckle lock, Kazoulis raises her hand and begins to lock fingers when she's hoofed in the gut! Kraken grabs her and wildly whips her into the ropes! Kraken doubles over... KESA GIRI~! from Kazoulis! Kraken stumbles back and Kazoulis grabs him, trying for the body slam but throws him away as AJ comes charging at her. She shoteis him! Knight goes down and back out of the ring, Ben Chrenshaw sticks his upper half through the ropes and she dares him to come in... backing up... backing up... into Kraken! Kraken twirls her around, but he eats the Ottoman slap! The slap staggers the big man backwards and Kazoulis tags in Noelle Charpentier! The two women hack away at Kraken, Noelle using her kicks while Kazoulis uses her chops! They get Kraken slumped in the corner, Kazoulis exits before she gets a ten second call and Charpentier jogs across the ring, hits the ropes for momentum and European uppercuts Kraken in the corner! The big man doesn't seem terribly affected by it and rises up out of the corner. Charpentier leaps onto the middle rope and comes back with the Head Hunter's Mark! Her springboard enzuigiri staggers Kraken and the big man is on wobbly legs, but doesn't fall down! Charpentier begins peppering him with kicks! SAM HEWITT: The Mayor of Kick City trying to do some tree removal!Kraken turns and smacks her down with a single shot as the crowd deflates! She tries to get back up but Kraken drives a double axe handle into her back! He grabs her before she falls and literally chucks her across the ring into the Army's corner where Chrenshaw begins beating on her and encourages AJ to do the same! Kazoulis tries to get in to stop this but Powell intercepts her and Kraken just stands there blocking the view! Buchanan slaps his hands together as Chrenshaw gets in the ring, begins stomping on Charpentier as Knight watches on. Buchanan walks over and begins choking her himself while she's getting stomped on! Powell turns around and asks Kraken if he tagged in Chrenshaw, Kraken simply exits the ring and Buchanan asks Powell if his hearing aids are in! The Crippler pulls Charpentier up out of the corner and whips her across the ring, she comes back and rolls underneath a leg lariat attempt! Chrenshaw gets back to his feet and eats a knee strike! Crippler quickly rolls out of the ring, making the tag to AJ who jumps her from behind - he grabs her and snaps off a suplex! Buchanan yells to do it again! AJ gets up, peels Noelle up off the mat and pulls her in... but decides to showboat a bit... Charpentier snaps off a Northern Lights suplex instead! She tries to transition into a cross armbreaker, but you can tell she just doesn't have the energy! She gets to her knees and reaches out... Knight grabs her foot and pulls he--ENZUIGIRI! Knight goes down and Kazoulis gets the tag! She storms in BODY SLAM TO KNIGHT! Chrenshaw comes in... BODY SLAM TO HIM! Kraken walks in confidently... he holds his arms out, inviting her to body slam him! She slaps him hard again! Kraken staggers, Draven slides in and the two Irish whip him into the ropes... Kazoulis and Draven each take a leg... SAM HEWITT: They're trying to back body drop him!Even with momentum on their side, they're still having a hell of a time... they get him a foot off the ground and Chrenshaw and Knight each come in with a chop block to Kazoulis and Draven respectively! Kraken crashes down on both the faces! Chrenshaw and Knight each grab Draven and yank him out of the ring as Kraken remains on top of Kazoulis. 1... ... 2... ... 3! Buchanan celebrates on the outside as Charpentier is a second too late for the save! The big man rolls out and poses with his comrades as Charpentier checks on Kazoulis while AJ runs back and kicks Draven for good measure! - COMMERCIAL BREAK -

We are taken backstage to a frenetic scene where Becky Chande is on the move and running with expert swiftness in a pair of heels. The cameraman struggles to keep up with her, suggesting a higher-than-average body fat composition.
BECKY CHANDE: Julian! Do you have a moment?
He stops. Already in his wrestling trunks and sky blue robe, he carries the Tag Team Championship over a shoulder while the King of Lions title rests comfortably around his waist. Jimmy Winner, clad in a sweat-soaked B.L.R. Enhancement Division t-shirt, stands next to him. He appears as though he’s run a marathon. Maybe he has. Becky halts, readjusts herself back to optimal professional appearance, and holds a microphone in front of the Blazin’ King.
BECKY CHANDE: We have breaking news confirming that Alexander Irvine has been released from jail and will be competing with you tonight as Black Lion’s Road defends the Tag Team Championship. After all the chaos of the last two weeks, what’s your frame of mind?
JULIAN CUTLASS: We’ll just have to see how Alex feels. Hold on a sec.
He turns to Jimmy and nods.
JULIAN CUTLASS [to Jimmy]: Go run some stairs or something.
As Jimmy Winner sets off in a mad dash, the king of the singles & tag divisions in Lion’s Road returns his attention back to Becky.
JULIAN CUTLASS: I’m sure Alex has had a lot of time to think about what he’s gonna do when he gets back in that ring.
BECKY CHANDE: Also in competition tonight defending the Iron title right after your own defense will be James Edwards. Word has it that he has been training with Jan van der Roost at the Squires Wrestling Academy.
JULIAN CUTLASS: Jan van der Roost is the guy who Alex flipped out on a couple weeks ago, right?
BECKY CHANDE: Yes, Alexander Irvine was disqual-
JULIAN CUTLASS [interrupting]: Yeah, I remember him. Why are you telling me this, though? James Edwards could be training with Ruth Bader f***ing Ginsburg for all I care. I hope it helps him get better.
BECKY CHANDE: Do you think this will affect your preparations for your defense of the King of Lions title against Edwards in two weeks?
JULIAN CUTLASS: I couldn’t tell you without seeing him in action. But I will say that lately watching the Iron title matches hasn’t been easy. Seems like no one challenges for that belt except belligerent mallrats, you know? Maybe this Seville guy will be different.
BECKY CHANDE: It seems, Julian, like you're questioning James Edwards as the #1 contender for the King of Lions Heavyweight Championship.
He points to the King of Lions title around his waist.
JULIAN CUTLASS: Unlike the other championships in this company, the King of Lions title doesn’t come with a BestBuy f***ing rewards redemption program just for doing your job and defending the belt. Whether you hold this title [he cocks his head, nodding to the tag title on his shoulder] or this one, the idea is you get to fight the best this company can offer. Alex and I get to defend the tag titles against Matt Pulver and La Cucaracha, two of the hottest fighters in Lion's Road. I wish James the best of luck tonight. I really do. And I hope that when he meets me in two weeks he’s the man that everyone seems to think he is.
Cutlass walks off from Becky who turns back to the camera and we get set for some more action.

JAKE AARONS: This next bout is to be fought over a ten minute time limit with one fall, one submission or a knockout to decide the winner! Introducing first from the Netherlands! He weighs in at two hundred and two pounds... JAN VAN DER ROOST!
The lights dim throughout the arena before a single orange spotlight fades in on the entrance. "Rooster" by Alice in Chains plays on as Jan van der Roost slowly emerges from the back with a pair of orange gloves in his hand and a towel around his neck. He looks down toward the ring, looking at referee Robbie Morris before climbing the stairs to the ring. He puts the towel on the turnbuckle and wipes his feet, he climbs through the ro-- he's yanked back out suddenly, COREY CRUELTY pulls him down to the floor and headbutts him! He grabs the veteran fighter and rings him off the post, Roost falls to his knees but Cruelty pulls him back up and slams him head first off the guardrail screaming about Roost being condescending! Roost tries to fight back, but Cruelty knees him in the gut and sends him into the ring post again! Security and the enhancement guys all try to pull Cruelty off, but he's not making their job very easy for them. Cruelty starts being dragged off to the back, but Jan van der Roost - bloody and beaten up - grabs onto the ring apron, pulls himself up and climbs over the bottom rope into the ring. Cruelty breaks free and storms down to the ring, referee Robbie Morris holds him back with everything he has as Dr. Pierson checks Roost out. Roost insists he wants to fight so Pierson lets him! Cruelty laughs as Morris lets him go and immediately boots Rooster in the face! Roost falls against the turnbuckles and the former Heritage Champion decks him with a forearm that drops him to the mat. Cruelty stomps away on him, ignoring Morris' attempts to pull him off. Morris finally yanks him off, sending Cruelty down on his ass. Morris gets in his face, produces a yellow card and threatens him with a red! CHAD GOMEZ: Damn, Robbie Morris grew some balls.JAKE AARONS: Referee Robbie Morris has issued a yellow card to Corey Cruelty for disregarding the referee's instructions! His first public warning! Cruelty gets up, still arguing with Morris and pulls Roost up off the mat and feeds him a couple of forearm shots, sending him reeling back into the ropes. Cruelty grabs him and sends him across the ring with an Irish whip, Roost returns and eats a lariat! Cruelty drops down and covers! 1... ... KICKOUT! Cruelty sees that it was a one count and argues with Morris some more, but the referee doesn't even bother with it! Cruelty pulls Roost up and facebusters him into the mat! He covers him again! 1... ... 2-KICK OUT! Cruelty rolls his eyes at Morris' count again, drags Roost's bloody body up off the mat and stuffs his head between his legs. The crowd pops, thinking we're getting the Oblvion Piledriver but Cruelty hoists Roost up into a crucifix powerbomb posiiton, but opts to lower him onto his back... SAM HEWITT: I can't say I've ever seen him use this before. It's a crucifix hold, but more in the style of a Gory Special and let me tell you, it doesn't look like it's pleasant to be in at all! It creates an incredible image though as blood rushes down Roost's face as he shakes his head back and forth. He frees up a foot and hoofs Cruelty in the back, knocking him off balance. Cruelty falls forward and Roost lands on his feet, but falls to his knee. Cruelty catches himself on the ropes and charges toward Roost looking for a Yakuza kick, but Roost dodges it and clamps on a sleeper hold as he's running past! Blood trickles off of Roost onto Cruelty as he tries to sink in the hold, but the longest reigning Heritage Champion drops to a knee and quickly stands back up and backs up... driving Rooster into the corner turnbuckles! Cruelty stumbles forward, trying to catch his breath before turning back... he charges in for a lariat but Roost moves! Cruelty crashes into the 'buckles sternum first and turns around into... a hip toss! Cruelty lands on his ass and fights up to his feet, Roost clotheslines him to the mat! Roost wipes some blood away from his eyes and pulls Cruelty up to his feet, swinging him around and into the corner. One chop... two chop... the crowd plays along as Roost delays the third cho--HE TAKES TOO LONG! Cruelty headbutts him! Roost staggers across the ring, dropping to his knee as Cruelty emerges from the corner, smiling like the devil with Roost's blood all over him. He closes the distance between the two BUT EATS A STIFF KICK! Cruelty doubles over as Roost grabs him... BRAINBU-Roost collapses halfway through it. Both men land hard on the mat, Cruelty tries to get up a couple of different times while Roost is trying to sit up. CHAD GOMEZ: Jan van der Roost certainly didn't get the brainbuster off as he intended it, but I think he might've even done a better number on Corey Cruelty as a result.SAM HEWITT: You might be right. He got him halfway up and pretty much spiked him when his legs gave out on him, looking more akin to a Northern Lights Bomb than anything. Cruelty manages to get up on his own wobbly legs and grabs Roost, puling him up off the mat... Rooster grabs him in a clinch and smacks him down across the top of his head! The jawbreaker sends Cruelty out of the ring between the middle and top ropes, Roost rolls out after him and drags him to his feet. The veteran fighter slams Cruelty's head off the apron and tries to roll him back inside but doesn't quite have the energy. Roost is forced to take a moment and this allows Cruelty to elbow him in the gut, the former Heritage Champion grabs Roost by the back of his bloody head and charges him toward the ring post... ROOST DROPS DOWN AND SENDS CRUELTY IN! Cruelty careens off the ring post and falls to the ground, Roost pulls him up and throws him onto the apron but can't quite lift him in. Roost drags himself inside and tries pulling Cruelty in from there, the Prince of Darkness gets up to a knee on the apron as Roost reaches through to pull him in... Cruelty pulls back, bringing Roost's throat across the top rope! The veteran falls back into the middle of the ring gasping for air... Cruelty falls inside and gets up... stalking his prey... Roost turns around, kick to the gut... OBLIVION PILEDRIVER! Cruelty lets him fall and lays back on him as though he's sitting on a bench, a shit eating grin across his face as Morris makes the three. SAM HEWITT: He looks quite impressed with himself.CHAD GOMEZ: Why shouldn't he be? SAM HEWITT: He's delusional, Chad. He got all kinds of respect for his record setting reign, he earned fighter of the year honours over the likes of Julian Cutlass and Ben Chrenshaw and bested Robb Daniels in about three minutes in his own hometown this past December where he was received like a hero. All I hear from people is how good this kid is and yet all I hear from him is that he doesn't get any respect. In any event, Corey Cruelty was capable of beating people without these tactics before so I don't know why he feels the need to do this.Cruelty gets up and looks to continue his attack on Roost, but security does a damn fine job this time of hauling him off as medics attend to Rooster.

Cut backstage to a camera following Becky Chande on a one-woman quest to finesse the deepest secrets from the Lion’s Road roster. She comes upon the company’s most recent unlikely duo in Matt Pulver and La Cucaracha. Pulver holds up a pair of sparring pads, as Racha’s Camera Sense goes off and she acknowledges Becky.
LA CUCARACHA: Sup? Check out this sweet forearm action.
She meets the pads with an alternating succession of forearm shots, increasing the tempo as she goes.
MATT PULVER: Not bad, but you’re still hesitating in between shots. Aim for the same spot twice and don’t overthink it.
LA CUCARACHA: Cutlass and Irvine aren’t just gonna stand there and let me hit them over and over.
MATT PULVER: This is more about muscle memory. If you can get two shots in the time it used to take you to get one, you’re going to wear your opponent down that much more. All these little improvements add up.
BECKY CHANDE: Isn’t it a little late for a sparring session?
MATT PULVER: Every little bit helps.
LA CUCARACHA: This is Lion’s Road. People get better or they hit the bricks. Resting on your laurels is a good way to get your face punched off. Or forearmed off, for that matter. My forearming needs work.
BECKY CHANDE: Considering your lack of experience as a team, how do you expect to compete against two men who have utterly dominated the tag division?
LA CUCARACHA: Teamwork? I feel like the safe answer to any question about a tag team is teamwork.
MATT PULVER: We can’t beat Irvine and Cutlass on teamwork. Even if we click as partners, we just haven’t had the time they’ve had to learn to better complement each other. So we’re trying to squeeze in every little bit we can.
LA CUCARACHA: Our advantage is that we’re an unknown quantity. It’s not the biggest advantage, but it’s what we got. Cutlass and Irvine know how to function as a team, but they don’t know how WE function as a team. We only have a vague idea ourselves, and that idea might not stand the test of an actual match. Then again, we might go together like peanut butter and tequila.
MATT PULVER: Is that good or bad?
LA CUCARACHA: Try it and see.
BECKY CHANDE: So do you think you have a chance at beating Black Lion’s Road and becoming the new Tag Team Champions?
MATT PULVER: A chance? Yeah.
LA CUCARACHA: First we have to prove we can hang with Irvine and Cutlass. I know my partner can do that, but I don’t know if I can. I’m just doing my damnedest to make sure I’m not a liability. Two weeks ago I wrestled the best match of my career. If I retain half of what Pulver’s taught me, then I’m already a better wrestler than I was two weeks ago. You can talk, too, dude.
La Cucaracha glares accusingly at Matt Pulver.
MATT PULVER: Alexander Irvine and Julian Cutlass are the best tag team in Lion’s Road and if we forget that for even a second, we’re done. Our mission is to hang with Black Lion’s Road and prove we deserve to be the Tag Team Champions as much as they do. And that's what we're gonna do.
LA CUCARACHA: Let the record show I am slightly less confident than my partner. But maybe he’s wrong. Maybe Black Lion’s Road WERE the best tag team in Lion’s Road. Things change. Maybe we’re gonna do more than hang. Maybe we’re gonna win.
MATT PULVER: That sounds like confidence to me.
BECKY CHANDE: Thanks for your time, guys. Good luck out there.
MATT PULVER: Thank you.
Racha responds with the wink-and-the-gun as Chande and her cameraman back out of the locker room. The camera cuts back to ringside.

Referee Cordell Garner checks both sides quickly and calls for the bell. Much to the delight of the Toledo crowd, it appears we're going to start off with some unfinished business as Julian Cutlass, the King of the Lions begins the bout across from the man who battled him to a time limit draw in Matt Pulver. They shake hands quickly and circle about, Pulver swoops in with a takedown feint that backs Cutlass up a few steps. Cutlass kicks the air, showing Pulver what to expect if he tries that again and the young Swede chuckles in response. They lock up, collar and elbow tie-up and Cutlass overpowers Pulver and backs him into the ropes where Garner calls for the break. Cutlass breaks without issue and the two return to the centre of the ring and lock-up again, but this time Pulver slips free and arm wrenches the King of the Lions. A bit too slowly though as Cutlass grabs him on his follow through and arm wrenches him! The Blazin' King drives his shoulder into the shoulder/bicep area of Pulver as he keeps the arm extended straight out. Pulver bends it a bit but Cutlass punches him in the ribs, dropping him to a knee. Pulver gets up and rushes over to the ropes, rushing up them and dropping back down to the mat - arm dragging Cutlass across the ring! The King of the Lions gets up, Pulver grabs the arm and quickly wrenches it, snapmares Cutlass down to the mat with the arm still held and applies a short arm scissors. Cutlass rolls off his side, fights up to his feet and backs Pulver into the ropes to break up the hold. SAM HEWITT: Right back to where we left off from their bout in the Scenic City just three weeks ago - Pulver utilizing his mat wrestling to wear down Cutlass' limbs.CHAD GOMEZ: Keep in mind what Julian Cutlass said, you can only go back to the same well so many times before the water dries up. Pulver picked him apart that entire match and their was no quit in the champion so what makes him think he can beat him with the same strategy?SAM HEWITT: Matt Pulver never did Cutlass in the Pulverizer though.Cutlass reaches over and tags in Irvine, who comes in and grabs Pulver in a clinch before Cutlass exits. The crowd pops at seeing these two in the ring against each other once again but it doesn't appear that Alexander Irvine is in the mood for any sort of reunions here tonight. Irvine pulls Pulver off the ropes in a muay thai clinch and swings him for a knee, but releases his right hand from the clinch and begins peppering his rival with shots to the midsection as he controls the movements with his left arm. Pulver closes the gap and applies a rear waist hold, Irvine releases the clinch and grabs an overhook on Pulver and the two jostle for positioning... Irvine roars and sends Pulver overhead with a belly to belly suplex! Irvine lands in side control and immediately gets off his knees, dropping one on Pulver's belly to keep him from moving as he hammer fists his face! Pulver does his best to defend with one hand as he uses his left arm to contort his body out from underneath Irvine - even pulling at his thigh to knee Irvine in the shoulder! Irvine staggers off balance allowing Pulver to get to his feet. The young Swede runs right into a knee! Pulver goes rolling backwards and Irvine creeps in and tries to kick Pulver, but he catches the kick! Dragon Screw! He follows Irvine down the mat, holding onto the leg the entire time and tries to yank it out from underneath Irvine to flatten him out but Irvine rolls forward, Pulver releases it as he does and dropkicks Irvine before he's even back to his feet - knocking him down into the corner! Pulver backs up and tags in La Cucaracha as Irvine grabs the top rope and pulls himself to his feet. SAM HEWITT: Here comes the newly crowned Heritage Champion...CHAD GOMEZ: Yeah, the person that holds the belt that Alexander Irvine wants... and he's already in a foul mood!Cucaracha ducks Irvine's grapple attempt and clamps on a quick hammerlock, but only to propel herself up into the headscissors! She sends Irvine rolling across the ring and keeps her legs wrapped firmly around his neck as Pulver encourages her from the apron. Irvine slips his hand in between her legs and lifts her top leg at the knee and escapes with ease, Cucaracha looks at Pulver in confusion and he tells her she's gotta keep it tight the whole time! Irvine shakes his head and tags in Cutlass. The King of the Lions comes in and meets Cucaracha for the first time on opposite sides of the ring. The two lock-up and Cucaracha eats a knee to the stomach, she doubles over in pain and the King of the Lions claps the Heritage Champion's head with a Mongolian chop! She goes from holding her stomach to holding her head, Cutlass grabs her in a side headlock and quickly hip throws her to the mat! From the side control position, Cutlass begins securing the arm and quickly goes for a cross armbar but Pulver rushes in and breaks up the hold! Referee Garner pushes him back toward his corner, reminding him they only get two saves per match in championship affairs and that's one. CHAD GOMEZ: Smart move, Sam?SAM HEWITT: I'll say yes because La Cucaracha fights a completely style and while an armbar is a pretty common submission hold, I don't think her inexperience meshes well with the sheer experience of a Julian Cutlass or Alexander Irvine or even a Matt Pulver when it comes to submissions. So good save by Pulver.Cutlass points to Pulver and says a few words, La Cucaracha bounces off the ropes - narrowly avoiding an attack from Irvine - and dropkicks Cutlass in the back of the leg! She quickly cradles him up, school girl style! 1... ... 2-KICKOUT! "Don't forget about me, dude!" says Cucaracha as she runs back and tags in Pulver, who comes in and grabs Cutlass - a couple forearms as he backs him into the ropes. Cutlass shoteis him and clamps on a side headlock, Pulver shoots him across the ring and Cutlass rebounds off the ropes - ducks underneath Pulver's attack and snaps off a brutal looking backdrop suplex! He holds it for the cover! 1... ... 2... ... KICK OUT! Cutlass yanks Pulver to his feet, Pulver falls to a knee and Cutlass bounces off the ropes... BLAZI-Pulver ducks! He clamps on a rear waist hold and rushes Cutlass into the ropes and snaps off a German suplex! Pulver holds it! 1... ... 2... ... KICK OUT! Cutlass rolls out of the ring and Alexander Irvine storms into the ring, he grabs Pulver from behind with a rear waist hold. Pulver leans forward, Cucaracha slaps him in the face! Irvine, not seeing this locks in a full nelson and throws Pulver side to side... then snaps off a dragon suplex... HE HOLDS IT! Cucaracha dashes into the ring, grabs Irvine's legs - yanking them out of the bridge and rolls forward with a jackknife hold! 1... ... 2... ... 3! CHAD GOMEZ: WHAT!?SAM HEWITT: La Cucaracha just scored another huge win!CHAD GOMEZ: This match... it didn't even kick into second gear! She comes in and doe--how does that even count as a tag?!Cucaracha dives out of the ring as Irvine gets up, looks at Garner and disputes the fall! Garner tells him a tag was made! Irvine shoves Garner and then sees La Cucaracha trying to get Pulver out of the ring, Irvine storms out after her. Cutlass makes an attempt to grab Irvine as he runs by him, but Irvine stiff arms him and chases Cucaracha up the aisle to the back. Pulver rolls out onto the floor beside Cutlass and asks him what happened, but Cutlass doesn't know either! - COMMERCIAL BREAK -

Somewhere in the back, the Iron Champion James Edwards sits on a folding table. The belt rests on his shoulder. James Edwards: Y'all would surprised at how heavy this thing can be.He pats silver plating of his prize. James Edwards: I don't mean its actual weight. Being a champion ain't as easy or glorious as you'd think either, at least to me. The schedule is demandin', and you can't make a move without it getting examined to death under a microscope. That's reality, though. I've always been ready that. What I didn't expect and sure as hell don't want is the garbage that came with this belt. I ain't gonna through the sob story again, but I'll let y'all in on a little secret: over the last one hundred and three days I've wanted to drop the Iron Championship and walk away so I could start over clean. He takes a pauses to let this sink in on the audience. The resolute Burning Heart is displaying a moment of weakness. James Edwards: That's difficult for to me admit. I've had to be this hard ass the last couple of months. Couldn't show any weakness or the protestors would win. I had to talk tough, so my challengers couldn't spot the cracks. I survived all of it, though, and got better because of it. Being the Iron Champion forced me to evolve as a man. The longer this reign it is gonna me develop as a fighter too. I have no doubt Justin Seville can beat me, but I know that he has me all wrong. The James Edwards he thinks he knows ain't walkin' down the aisle. The James Edwards he is facing ain't nobody in Lion' Road ever seen before.Edwards smiles like he has a secret he wants to reveal, but the silence and the grin are all the audience gets as the scene fades to black. They will have to tune into the main event to find out what James means and that's up next! - COMMERCIAL BREAK -

JAKE AARONS: Ladies and gentlemen, this is your main event of the evening! It is an Iron Championship bout to be fought over twenty minutes with one submission, one knockout, points decision or points depletion to decide the winner. Introducing first the challenger...
"Tired" by Stone Sour blares over the PA, Justin Seville walks out to boos which causes him to smirk. He stops and soaks it in.
JAKE AARONS: From Raleigh, North Carolina! He weighs in at two hundred and twenty four pounds... JUSTIN SEVILLE!
Seville walks up the stairs to the ring and steps between the ropes, raising his arms once he's in the ring. The crowd boos him some more, but the boos turned to curiosity when a new song hits. The house lights go out and stay black as a garbled guitar rift comes over the PA. "Okay" is the only lyric heard before the strobe lights kick in and move to the beat of the song. James Edwards stands in the entrance with the hood of his ring jacket up.
JAKE AARONS: Introducing his opponent... from Lexington, Kentucky! He weighs in at two hundred and four pounds... the current, reigning and defending Iron Champion! JAMES EDWARDS!
Edwards looks up, surveying the surroundings before yanking the hood down when the lyrics kick in. Moving with the music, his eyes remain fixated on the ring and the man inside it... Seville returns the stare, grinning as he bounces in place. Edwards and Seville remain in this stare down even as Edwards laps the squared circle, only breaking eye contact to slide into the ring. Edwards bows martial arts style to all four corners before settling into his own.
JAKE AARONS: Your referee for this bout is Xavier Price!
Seville stretches his arm out for a handshake, Edwards gives his title to Aarons and shakes Seville's hand without issue. Referee Xavier Price quickly goes over the rules with both men, who each nod and then he sends them back to the corners before calling for the bell. Each fighter emerges from their corners in their fighting stance, Edwards obviously much more comfortable in this position being a striker while Seville maintains a very defensive stance. Seville offers up a knuckle lock, trying to close the distance between the two and Edwards acts like he's going to take it but kicks! Seville is able to step back and avoid the kick that would've hit him in the ribs. They circle around again and Seville once more offers up the knuckle lock, Edwards accepts it - Justin Seville's right hand locked with James Edwards' left. The Iron Champion tries to use this to pull his challenger into a knee, but Seville blocks it and grabs a hold of Edwards' head with his free hand. Seville tries to get his right hand freed up so that he can utilize this position to the best of his grappling abilities, but the champion keeps the hand locked tightly. "Serious" Seville slowly moves into position for a side headlock, pulling Edwards' own arm across his face, grabbing it with his free arm that's wrapped around the champion's head and allowing him to free up his other hand. Justin Seville cracks Edwards with a couple right hands to the skull before quickly and efficiently doing a go behind, grabbing Edwards in a rear waist hold and sticking his foot in front of Edwards' to trip him up and take him down to his knees. Seville maintains top control in the rear waist hold, moving his right arm up over Edwards' shoulder and trying to sink it in underneath Edwards' right arm... chickenwi-no, Edwards spins out and breaks free as the crowd applauds the escape.
SAM HEWITT: Excellent escape from the rear waist hold by the champion, James Edwards. It looked to me as though Justin Seville was trying to flatten him out on the mat, using the chicken wing on the right arm to control the champion. I don't know of any particular submission holds that the challenger is a fan of, but the advantageous position he was trying to get would've left the champion vulnerable for quite a few of them.
Edwards and Seville each take turns reaching out for the other's hands before interlocking their fingers... Edwards kicks the inside of Seville's thigh and Seville returns the favour almost immediately. Edwards grins and fakes a kick, Seville tries to check it but Edwards yanks him in... HIP TOSS! Edwards lands in side control and immediately looks for a Kimura, grabbing Seville's wrist and trying to put his free arm through to complete the hold. Seville of course puts up a fight, making this much harder to execute. Edwards arches his body up, taking his weight off Seville's upper body and quickly switches sides while still holding onto the wrist. Edwards drops his knee into Seville's stomach and then quickly acts on the instinctive pain, Seville tries to turn onto his side but Edwards throws both of his legs over Seville and tries to straighten out the arm, but the challenger reaches over and holds onto his arm! He keeps turning, eventually stacking Edwards up like an accordion and begins getting to his feet, Seville tries to free up his hand and yanks a heel hook as he gets himself released! Edwards quickly grabs the bottom rope.
JAKE AARONS: James Edwards has been docked a point for utilizing a rope break. Nine points remain.
With Edwards free, he returns to his feet and they lock-up, Edwards tries for a takedown but Seville sprawls out and tries for a kimura... Edwards rolls forward to escape, but doesn't find himself in a better position whatsoever. Seville tries to plant his arm on the mat to sink his other arm through, but Edwards keeps raising his knee to block it. Seville abandons the kimura and quickly transitions into a front chancery as Edwards tries to get back to his feet. Seville slowly but surely moves his feet and with Edwards turtled on his hands and knees, moves to the side position and sticks his right arm between the champion's legs and grabs the ankle closest to him. The challenger tries slowly pulling it out while occasionally hammer fisting Edwards in the face and using his knees to patter Burning Heart with shots to the ribs. Edwards eyes Xavier Price who winces nearly every time Seville lands a hammer fist and times it... Edwards 'pulls into his turtle shell' as the hammer fist comes down to avoid it. With Seville off balance, Edwards thrusts his shoulder forward into him and the two topple to the mat with Edwards landing in half guard. Edwards quickly moves into side control and tries to secure the arm for the kimura once again, but Seville keeps bucking him off whenever he gets good position. The champion abandons this and goes for a cross armbar, but Seville rolls to his side and stacks him up again... the challenger slaps Edwards hard and frees up his arm... KNEEBAR! Edwards yelps and lunges for the ropes, grabbing them quickly.
JAKE AARONS: James Edwards has been docked a point for utilizing a rope break. Eight points remain.
CHAD GOMEZ: Look at this, Sam. See how quickly Justin Seville got to his feet? I don't think he's even broken a sweat! James Edwards is taking his time, but you can't stall under these rules. If the time limit expires, the winner is decided by points remaining and guess what? Edwards has got two less!
SAM HEWITT: Absolutely, Seville has gotten some terrific submissions locked in here so far and forced Edwards to use up two points on rope breaks. I wouldn't count the champion out just yet though.
Edwards finally gets to his feet after being on a knee for roughly forty seconds and Seville advances on him, but Burning Heart drives two kicks into his thigh! Seville is knocked off balance and falls into the ropes, scrambling to the corner. He slowly tries to pull himself out of the corner and back into the middle of the ring, but the champion continues the kick assault! The challenger catches a kick and pulls Edwards into a side headlock, he quickly hip tosses him over to the mat and transitions from the side headlock and goes back to the kimura! Edwards lifts his leg and knees Seville in the head as he's trying for it, but the challenger absorbs it and shakes it off. Edwards does it again, so Seville goes into the north south position, creating more distance between his head and the knees. He has Edwards' arm locked up for a cross armbar now... and fakes the champion out, attempting to go for it but instead dropping an elbow down on his chest and reapplying the grounded side headlock! Edwards puts his palm over Seville's face and pushes him back, raising his knee as he does. The challenger knows what the champion is doing and uses his right arm to reach back and block the knee, so the champion takes his hand off of Seville's face and begins palm striking the crap out of him!
SAM HEWITT: Justin Seville trying to really clamp down on that side headlock, but James Edwards is lighting him up with palm strikes to the face! I think he's goi--and he does.
Seville is forced to let go of the headlock, Edwards brings his right leg up and throws it over Seville's face and pushes him forward... Seville lands on the mat and Edwards quickly readjusts his position and clamps on an armbar! Seville drapes his foot over the ropes in no time at all.
JAKE AARONS: Justin Seville has been docked a point for utilizing a rope break. Nine remain.
The champion breaks the hold and gets up, while challenger Justin Seville takes a moment or two and gets up looking none too pleased about getting outsmarted in that particular situation. A slight smirk shows up on Edwards' face, Seville goes for a lock-up but Edwards kicks him in the thigh! Once! Twice! Seville grabs him in a lock-up and they fight for the upper hand, Seville slyly works his right leg between Edwards' legs and snaps off a beautiful rolling kneebar! Edwards back rolls through with the momentum as the challenger tries to wrench it in and calmly, methodically pulls Seville's right leg up and clamps on a single leg crab! The fans applaud the reversal when Seville doesn't give up or make an immediate attempt to get to the ropes, Edwards readjusts and drives his knee into Seville's back... the challenger grabs a hold of the ropes.
JAKE AARONS: Justin Seville has been docked a point for utilizing a rope break. Eight remain.
Seville rolls out of the ring, holding his back and Price signals for another point.
JAKE AARONS: Justin Seville has been docked a point for exiting the ring. Seven remain.
CHAD GOMEZ: There's one of the points you made earlier, Sam - he forgot you get docked points for leaving the ring.
SAM HEWITT: Thankfully it occurred with plenty of points left and wasn't the deciding factor in this bout. It's just so ingrained into your head when you're a fighter, you normally have that freedom to roll out and collect your bearings but in the Iron bouts you don't.
Seville isn't pleased about being docked a point, but figures he's already out here so he's going to take a walk. Edwards doesn't chase after him, keeping his points intact while Price gives him the ten count on the floor. "Serious" grabs the ropes at seven and pulls himself up and in. Edwards immediately attacks the leg, but Seville responds with a slap to the face! Edwards fires up and palm strikes Seville back into the corner, Price tries to intervene but Edwards socks his challenger with a forearm smash before he can! Edwards backs off as Seville falls to a knee and shakes out the cobwebs. He gets up and they lock-up once more, jockeying for position Seville throws an arm over as though he wants to attempt a suplex but Edwards drops to his knees... Seville tries to spin around to back mount but Edwards spins out and they wind up in a sprawl position. Seville clamps on a front chancery and swings Edwards' arm over and snaps off a suplex! Edwards lands hard, rolls onto his stomach and Seville hops to action... clamping on a Just Facelock, or Crossface without the arm trap - Edwards writhes in pain as Seville wrenches back, but reaches out and grabs the ropes.
JAKE AARONS: James Edwards has been docked a point for utilizing a rope break. Seven remain.
They both get to their feet and Seville tries to close the gap and grapple, but Edwards begins lighting him up with kicks to the thigh! Seville gets in close and a forearm rocks his world, he staggers back into the ropes and Edwards charges in after him... Seville tries for a desperation superkick but it gets caught by Edwards and the champion begins palm striking his challenger! Price steps in and tries to separate the two, Edwards stops and Seville says something to him and gets struck again! Price pulls out a yellow card!
JAKE AARONS: Referee Xavier Price has issued a yellow card to James Edwards for disregarding the referee's instructions! He has been docked three points! Four remain!
Edwards returns to his corner, shaking his head that he fell for that. Justin Seville gets up and is quite pleased that he was able to get under Edwards' skin like that. The two meet in the centre of the ring and Seville makes as though he's going to grapple Edwards again, pulling him into a front chancery but it's very loose - he shoves Edwards back and clocks him with a right hook! Edwards wobbles and Seville kicks him in the gut! He yanks him for the Seville Driver but Edwards pushes him back against the ropes, Seville turns and Edwards goes through the ropes and to the floor! Price signals he's been docked a point! Seville gets in Price's face, saying he didn't do it - Edwards did!
JAKE AARONS: Justin Seville has been docked a point for throwing his opponent out of the ring. Six remain.
Edwards grabs the apron, pulling himself up and cracks a smile as Seville is arguing with Price. The challenger sees this and kicks him through the ropes! Price pulls him back away and pulls out a yellow card!
JAKE AARONS: Referee Xavier Price has issued a yellow card to Justin Seville for preventing his opponent from getting back into the ring! He has been docked three points! Three remain!
SAM HEWITT: I think that's James Edwards' way of showing Justin Seville that two can play that game!
Edwards rolls back inside and the two clinch up! Lots of body shots from Seville, Edwards is mixing up his attack with knees and hooks. Edwards pushes him away and kicks him in the thigh! He falls to a knee and Edwards chases him down, the challenger goes for a right hook again but Edwards STO's him! Well, almost... Seville takes the arm on the way down and clamps on a Fujiwara armbar! He torques it back at a ridiculous angle and Edwards snags the ropes!
JAKE AARONS: James Edwards has been docked a point for utilizing a rope break. Three remain.
They get up again and begin trading strikes once more, Seville grabs a hold of a clinch and tries to launch himself into Edwards' head with a knee strike but Edwards takes him down to the ground! The champion passes guard into half guard and works some body shots to open up Seville's face - he slaps him and tries to advance position, but Seville tangles him up and Edwards winds up on the arena floor!
JAKE AARONS: Justin Seville has been docked a point for throwing his opponent out of the ring. Two remain.
Seville argues this call again and is so livid that he almost exits the ring to retrieve Edwards, but holds his finger up as if he was tricking the crowd into thinking he was going to drop a point to do that. Edwards climbs back inside, a bit woozy from the fall and Seville grabs him and throws him into the corner! He runs in... LARIAT! He turns around, rushes in again... LARIAT! Seville turns back again, then charges in... he ducks a wild spinning back fist from Edwards and lariats him anyway! Edwards goes down and Seville calls for the end, he grabs Edwards for the piledriver... he hoists him up... no, POWERBOMB! Seville charges forward and powerbombs Edwards into the 'buckles! Seville falls on all fours as Edwards arches his back in pain, Seville drops to the mat and pushes up... Edwards' eyes ignite with fury... PENALTY KI-Seville kicks him in the thigh, sending him tumbling over top of him! The bell sounds as Edwards crashes to the mat.
JAKE AARONS: Ladies and gentlemen, the twenty minute time limit has expired in this match! As a result, the remaining points will determine the winner... James Edwards, the champion has three points remaining while Justin Seville, the challenger has two points remaining. Therefore your winner and STILL Iron Champion... JAMES EDWARDS!
Seville sits up and takes a deep breath, he gets up to his feet and walks over to Edwards who is holding his leg in pain. Seville extends his hand and Edwards looks at him, then gives him his hand. Seville pulls him up... KICKS HIM IN THE GUT! PILEDRIVER! The crowd boos as Seville picks up the Iron Championship, takes a long look at it and then drops it on top of Edwards before leaving.
