It's your favorite judoka on the mic, Kai Harrison. I just received word from Fujiyama Dojo that BLADE Takano is still injured from the heel hold he took on 10/7. Doctors say that he is not cleared for competition.
Last night, Fujiyama sensei apparently reached across the pond to Lion's Road Dojo head trainer, Bastian Krull, for thoughts on a replacement Bastian Krull commented in the situation and confirmed that a "all- world assassin " level competitor had been sent.
After a little digging (and maybe a little bribing in the future payment of a lot of Georgia Coffee), I finally got it out of the wily trainer...
Ben Chrenshaw is coming to Shining Road to fight for the Sword of Lite.
Fresh off coming up short to claim the King of Lion's Championship, apparently the man is out for redemption. He is confident after such an especially grueling match he will easily make the sub-220lb weight requirements.
