BRADY ROSSEN
Ladies and gentlemen, this Heritage tag team title decision match is to be fought over a thirty minute time limit with pinfalls, submissions or over the top rope eliminations to decide the winners!
SAM HEWITT
I'll quickly go over the rules of this match. It's a lot like the Roaring Rumble, but in tag team form. Two teams start and every three minutes another team is entered into the contest. We have Joe Stanton and Matt Pulver and the WALL's first combination in Carl Whitaker and Hammerstein as one and two, we know AJ Knight and Ben Chrenshaw are coming in third... but the fourth and fifth remains to be seen. Elimination can occur by pinfall or submission, or by throwing an opponent over the top rope and to the floor. Eliminating one member of a team does not eliminate them completely - you must eliminate both!
With Buster Powell inside the ring, Cordell Garner, Xavier Price and Robbie Morris man the ringside area. He signals for the bell and the tornado rules come into play right away, Hammerstein and Stanton go at it while Pulver tries his best to keep out of range of Whitaker as the two circle around. Hammer stomps Stanton's midsection in the corner while Whitaker jabs Pulver and immediately follows it up with a knee to the gut to double him over. Stanton begins fighting back, hitting Hammer with several unanswered shots which forces Whitaker to back off attacking Pulver to save his partner. The two men double team on Stanton, pummelling him down to his knees with forearms. They grab him up and back him into the ropes, shooting him off into the opposite set. He ducks their double lariat attempt, rebounds...
CATCH ME! THE CROSS BODY BLOCK TAKES OUT BOTH MEN!
Hammerstein and Whitaker both go down, Whitaker pops back up first but runs right into a dropkick from Pulver. Hammerstein gets up too, but Stanton springboards off the middle rope and blasts him with a kick! Hammer goes down and rolls out of the ring. Stanton seems poised to do a plancha but stops himself, Hammer turns to the camera man and laughs into the lens - telling the fans at home that Stanton's a dummy for nearly forgetting the rules. The Scarlet Speedster responds by hitting a baseball slide, knocking Hammerstein down into the aisle! Stanton rolls out and jumps on top of Hammer, pounding him with punches from half guard. Meanwhile inside the ring, Pulver has Whitaker's arm in a wringer and delivers several knees to the straightened out arm. He then places the knee on top and rides it down to the mat, Whitaker cries out in pain as Pulver rolls forward, pops up and roundhouse kicks Whitaker in the head! He scrambles to make a cover...

2-NO!
BRIAN SHELZI
I'll give the kid his due - a smart move to try and eliminate a team already. You're the first ones in, you take the opposing team out and you get the chance to rest for a minute or so. Not a huge amount of time, but any rest is good rest in this kind of match. There's only three teams left to come in, but that can feel like five or ten when you're battling exhaustion.
The buzzer sounds and the crowd is mixed for the arrival of the World's Champion AJ Knight and one of the most decorated fighters in Lion's Road history in Ben Chrenshaw. They each sidestep Hammerstein and Joe Stanton on their way to ringside. The crowd gets louder than hell, Manowar style as Pulver eggs AJ on inside the ring. The champion dives in and the two come to blows, banging fists against heads! AJ goes for a takedown, but Pulver sprawls and tries to get the back mount...
AND DOES!
He clamps on a rear naked choke, AJ gets to his feet and runs backwards - slamming Pulver into the turnbuckles. Pulver lets go, AJ staggers forward and turns around...
PULVER FLYING ELBOW STRIKE!
MISSES AJ! BUT NOT WHITAKER!
Whitaker goes down, Chrenshaw grabs him and pulls him out of the ring. The Crippler stays standing outside the ring, taking in the World's title bout preview going on in the ring. Pulver is attacked from behind by AJ, who yanks him off his hands and knees and chucks him over the top rope. Pulver dangles precariously by one arm, AJ tries to smack it off but Pulver leaps up and enzuigiri's his old teammate. AJ stumbles into the middle of the ring, Pulver climbs through the ropes but gets kneed by Knight. AJ drags him in the centre of the ring and tries for the Knightfall DDT, but Pulver blocks it...
NORTHERN LIGHTS SUPLEX!
He holds it.

2-Chrenshaw reaches in and pulls his leg out to disrupt the bridge. Pulver gets up and looks out at Chrenshaw, even going so far as to sit on the middle rope and invite him into the ring. The fans are loving the idea of this rivalry being reignited, but Carl Whitaker blindsides Chrenshaw. AJ Knight school boys Pulver!

3-NO!
The fans gasp at how close the count was, AJ even checks with Powell but it gets called a two. He doesn't look like he believes it, but moves on. He grabs Pulver's head and slaps on a chinlock, Pulver reaches for the ropes but the World's Champion drives his knee into his number one contender's back, drawing his arm back in. The buzzer sounds and AJ looks up as David Troy and Bam Markham, the Dangerous Mix charge down to ringside. Troy dodges the fighting Stanton and Hammer at ringside and dives in the ring, AJ goes after him immediately. Bam Markham on the other hand, steamrolls Stanton and Hammer and then does the same to Chrenshaw and Whitaker. Troy tries fighting to his feet, AJ clamps on a front chancery and hauls him up to his feet. Troy bulls AJ back into the ropes, AJ shoves him forward. Dynamite nearly goes off as Troy does his spinning back kick, AJ ducks it though and grabs him in a rear waist hold. He tries to hoist him up, but Troy wraps his legs around AJ's to block it. AJ pounds the back of his head with a forearm, Troy falls forward and AJ grabs him again in a rear waist hold. Troy struggles to break free and cannot, AJ lifts him up...
TROY LANDS ON HIS FEET!
AJ turns around and gets kicked in the stomach, Troy grabs him and tries to knee him in the head but AJ grabs his kickboxing shorts and pulls him forward, drop toe holding him in the process. He leaps onto Troy's back and applies a side headlock. Meanwhile, Markham is taking turns beating on Chrenshaw and Whitaker. Joe Stanton jumps onto the apron and charges across, he leaps into Bam Markham...
WHO CATCHES HIM!
The crowd pops as Markham holds his previous challenger sideways and watches carefully as both Ben Chrenshaw and Carl Whitaker start to get to their feet and launches the Scarlet Speedster overhead, taking out both men. Markham spews some trash talk before he turns around...
POUNCE FROM HAMMERSTEIN!
Markham staggers, falling to a knee at one point. Hammerstein backs up and throws every bit of himself into Markham again and this time he's toppled! Hammerstein bangs on the guardrail and yells out in celebration of his accomplishment.
BRIAN SHELZI
Bam Markham just withstood a six foot two, two hundred and forty two pound man charging at him full speed. Look at the replay, he came all the way around the ring! That's a huge amount of momentum... and he only knocked Bam back a couple feet! The second one did the job though.
Back in the ring, Troy is fighting back up to his feet. He backs AJ into the ropes and shoots him off, Matt Pulver drops down and trips AJ on his way to the ropes. AJ hits the ground chest first but starts to get back up, Troy charges... jumping on Pulver who's on all fours, then blasts AJ with the Blazing Star knee strike! AJ falls backwards into the ropes! The crowd comes into a hush as Troy lines up some kicks, nailing him in the chest with each one! He then nails a savate kick, doubling AJ over. He grabs him and dumps him over the top rope, AJ lands on the apron and Troy's about to send him to the floor but Pulver spins Troy around and cleans his clock with an elbow! Troy goes down, then gets booted for good measure. Pulver grabs AJ on the apron and tries to elbow him, but he gets blocked. AJ grabs Pulver's head and punches him several times, then pulls him down into a double over position. He leaps over...
SUNSET FLIP!
Pulver hangs onto the ropes, AJ's trying to pull him down...
PULVER SHAKES HIM LOOSE...
DOUBLE STOMP?!
NO! AJ rolls out of the way, he grabs Pulver and throws him into the ropes. AJ tries for a superkick on the rebound, but Pulver slaps it aside and grabs a rear waist hold. AJ fights in as Pulver tries to lift him, then reaches forward for the ropes. Troy kicks AJ's arms, then enzuigiris him!
PULVER GERMAN SUPLEX!
HE BRIDGES!

AJ Knight has been eliminated!
BRIAN SHELZI
...what!?
SAM HEWITT
Do not adjust your connection - AJ Knight is the first person eliminated in this match. And to add insult to injury, it's the number one contender for his World's Championship that did it!
Pulver gets to his feet happy with himself, but the presence of David Troy keeps him on his toes. AJ is rolled out of the ring by the dojo students and stage hands, none too pleased with the events that have transpired. They get halfway up the aisle when the buzzer sounds and the final entrants - Alexander Irvine and "Cottonmouth" Justin Seville come sauntering out. Irvine stops and chuckles at AJ being escorted to the back, but AJ has the last laugh as he breaks free of the group and attacks Irvine! Seville tries to intervene, but Ben Chrenshaw clamps on a choke sleeper from behind and drags him out of the melee. Troy and Pulver are going at in the ring while Whitaker and Hammerstein charge up the aisle to help their allies out. AJ slams Irvine's head off the broadcast booth, clearing Hewitt and Shelzi out of there. AJ tries to climb onto it, but the stage hands and dojo students keep pulling him back down. Bam Markham slides in the ring as Pulver is setting Troy for the half hatch suplex. He goes to execute, but Troy drops to his knees...
AND BAM DROPS PULVER WITH THE BIG LEFT HAND!
Pulver crumples to the mat and Bam slowly walks over, drops to his knee and puts his hand on Pulver's chest.

Matt Pulver has been eliminated!
SAM HEWITT
As nonchalant a cover as you'll see, but that left hook does not mess around.
BRIAN SHELZI
I'm surprised he didn't send Pulver flying out to the floor with that shot. Jesus.
Pulver is checked over by Dr. Pierson before a second group of stage hands helps him from the ring. The Dangerous Mix stand inside the ring, the lone occupants... until Joe Stanton drags himself inside. Markham steps forward to fight, but Troy tells him to back off. Stanton smiles as Troy steps forward for the fight. Markham exits the ring, looking to join the fracas down the aisle. Troy tries to attack Stanton, but he ducks it and plants the Dynamite fighter into the mat with a uranage slam. Markham doesn't have to go far as the action is coming back to him. AJ Knight is finally hauled to the back, Alexander Irvine gets up a bloody mess from the table and Chrenshaw throws Seville into the guardrail. Hammerstein and Carl Whitaker try to help him, but Bam Markham begins attacking them both. Irvine regains his composure and comes to lend a helping hand and soon the number's game catches up to Markham. The trio lead him back to the ring and throw him inside, Irvine goes back to Chrenshaw and Seville. The Crippler spots him coming, smashing him in the face with a back elbow. Irvine doubles over then drops to his knees, covering his face with his hands. He tries to stand back up, but can't keep his balance. Chrenshaw grabs him and rams him into the ring post, Irvine goes down into a heap of blood and the Crippler stands above him smirking. Justin Seville attacks Chrenshaw from behind with a double axe handle, dropping him onto all fours. Seville pounds his forearm into Chrenshaw's back, knocking him flat to the ground before stomping on him several times. He yanks him back up, stuffs him between his legs...
BRIAN SHELZI
This is how you a break a neck, Sammy.
SAM HEWITT
Seville looking to deliver his signature piledriver out here on the flo--oh, thank goodness.
Chrenshaw backdrops Seville, who lands back fist on the cement floor and cries out in pain. Chrenshaw grabs him up and chucks him inside the ring. The WALL's Whitaker and Hammerstein jump Chrenshaw as soon as he gets in, while Alexander Irvine finally gets back up to his feet on the floor. His face is just a mess - a cut from the table, a presumably broken nose from Chrenshaw's elbow and then a ding off the ring post to make matters worse. He climbs inside, too. Joe Stanton comes to Chrenshaw's aid, but the Scarlet Speedster falls to the numbers. Markham and Troy both get up and aid against the WALL, Markham batters Seville with a forearm club, then Irvine. Troy levels Hammerstein with kicks, but gets interrupted by Whitaker grabbing him and chucking him into the ropes. Whitaker hoists him up for a spinebuster, but Troy hits a 12-6 elbow and lands in a Thesz press!

Hammerstein breaks it up! Markham grabs Hammerstein by the hair and hauls him to his feet, Stanton asks for him and Markham throws Hammer to the wolves. Stanton turns him upside down and looks to be going for the tombstone - Funeral for a Son! Hammer is saved by a chop block from Seville! Chrenshaw attacks Seville again, but Irvine jumps him before he can do any real damage! The fans come alive big time as all eight remaining men begin going at it - Markham blasting anyone in sight! Stanton has Whitaker... ROCK AND ROLL SUPLEX! Multiple belly to belly suplexes, over and over... Stanton delivers the final one and gets up - IRVINE BLASTS HIM IN THE FACE WITH A FOREARM!
AND SEVILLE DUMPS HIM OUT!
BRADY ROSSEN
Joe Stanton has been eliminated! The team of Matt Pulver and Joe Stanton is now eliminated!
The crowd boos as Seville laughs at Stanton laying on the outside, holding his face - trying to digest the quick turn of events. Whitaker retreats to the corner to recuperate, leaving things as a 3 on 3 in the meantime. Troy steps forward, looking back at Chrenshaw to see if he's ready to fight alongside he and Markham. He smirks and that's good enough for Troy, the war rages on! Markham and Hammerstein, Irvine and Chrenshaw, Seville and Troy! Irvine gets headbutted by Chrenshaw, sending him reeling backwards into the corner where Whitaker is resting. Ol' Stonehands abandons his post, Chrenshaw puts his hand on Irvine's face and nose and throws a direct punch - Irvine grunts in pain. Chrenshaw then grabs Irvine and tries to dump him over the top..
BUT WHITAKER LOW BLOWS THE CRIPPLER!
Irvine is saved by the cheap tactic, Chrenshaw falls against the ropes and the duo - despite not even being official teammates in this match, work together to toss him out.
BRADY ROSSEN
Ben Chrenshaw has been eliminated! The team of AJ Knight and Ben Chrenshaw is now eliminated!
SAM HEWITT
The elimination of Chrenshaw leaves the Dangerous Mix in a bad position. There's four members of the WALL in here, still, but only two of them.
BRIAN SHELZI
We'll see what kinda gumption these boys have, huh?
SAM HEWITT
I guess so.
Troy and Markham exchange a look and both shrug before attacking anything that moves! The tactic proves to be effective until it doesn't, the WALL quickly gains the advantage having two extra guys to combat the skills of Troy and the Heritage Heavyweight Champion. Irvine grabs Troy and chucks him through the ropes to the floor. He then wipes the blood from his face and begins barking orders - eliminate Markham! The four men pummel him down and dog pile on top.

3-KICK OUT!
Somehow, someway - Markham escapes the dog pile pin! Irvine is livid, clearing more blood from his face before telling his men they'll have to throw him over the top. They pull Bam to his feet, but the Bull from Boulder begins giving out headbutts like they're candy on Halloween. Seville goes down, Hammerstein goes down, Whitaker goes down, Irvine goes down! Bam picks up Seville and targets Hammerstein getting up in the corner...
LAWN DARTS SEVILLE INTO HAMMERSTEIN!
The two men fall to the mat, Markham looks at the other two trying to get back to their feet. He eyes Whitaker, but then moves in on Irvine. He grabs him by the neck and rams him into the top turnbuckle, then redirects him... trying to ram him into Whitaker. Ol' Stonehands side steps the attempt, Irvine crashes into the corner and the Texas Bull cracks the Bull from Boulder with a right hand to the jaw. Unlike most men, Markham doesn't fall.
At least, not quickly.
He teeters, then drops to a knee. Whitaker draws back, prepared to punch him again...
HE CHARGES...
LEFT HOOK BY BAM!
WHITAKER GOES DOWN! MARKHAM FALLS!
SAM HEWITT
And they all fall down! A brutal left hook from Markham puts Whitaker down, but the Heritage Champion hits the mat just the same.
BRIAN SHELZI
You don't get hit by Ol' Stonehands and stay standing, I don't care how big you are.
David Troy sees Irvine leaned up against the ropes and dashes in, he tries to dump Irvine up and over and succeeds... to the apron at least. Irvine holds on for dear life as Troy stomps at him, trying to get him out - watching for Hammerstein and Seville getting back to their feet. Troy spots them doing just that and abandons his tactic, he dives between them and stands up - SPINNING BACK KICK...
IS CAUGHT!
HAMMERSTEIN HITS A CAPTURE SUPLEX!
Troy lands hard near the ropes, Irvine is dragged back inside by Hammer and Seville and they decide amongst themselves their plan of action. Hammer drops down and covers Markham.

KICK OUT!
SAM HEWITT
Maybe waited a bit too long on that.
Hammer grabs Bam by his unruly mane and slaps him across the face before getting back up. He grabs Whitaker and helps him to his feet, propping him up in the corner. Hammer tells his WALL teammates they're going to toss Bam out. They all nod, Whitaker maybe does, it's hard to tell. They peel him off the mat and back him into the ropes, Bam comes alive and headbutts Hammerstein. Seville and Irvine respond in kind with shots, lighting him up. Hammerstein's struggling to stay on his feet...

The announcement catches Irvine and Seville's attention, they turn around and see Troy calling them on. Markham grabs both men by the head and smashes their bald domes together, Troy charges Irvine...
AND THEY GO TUMBLING OUT!
BRADY ROSSEN
Alexander Irvine and David Troy have both been eliminated!
Troy doesn't seem bothered, he batters Irvine on the floor with shots. Stage hands work to separate them, but the action continues inside the ring. Markham sees what's going on outside and scoops Seville up onto his shoulder. Seville slips out, kicks Markham in the stomach and goes for the piledriver...
BACK DROP!
Seville lands on the apron, maybe a bit of help from Irvine in staying on as the stage hands have successfully separated the two. They pull them both away from the action, Seville grabs a handful of Markham's hair and uses it for leverage as he clamps on a front chancery. He steps on the ropes to assist his efforts, then drops back down to the apron - pulling Markham onto the top rope. Bam's right leg is off the ground...
WHITAKER RUNS UP!
GRABS MARKHAM AND DUMPS HIM OVER!
MARKHAM HITS THE FLOOR - SEVILLE IS UNDERNEATH!
BRADY ROSSEN
Bam Markham and Justin Seville have both been eliminated!
Whitaker falls back onto the mat.
BRADY ROSSEN
Therefore your winners as the last remaining team... and NEW Heritage Tag Team Champions! Hammerstein and Carl Whitaker!
Hammerstein giddily grabs the tag straps and dashes into the ring, tackling his partner with a hug. The pain in Whitaker's face can certainly be seen, but the smile isn't hidden. Hammer helps him up and the duo proudly raise their newly won titles. Despite his bloody face, Irvine manages to crack a smirk. Markham is helped off by stage hands and the new champs join Irvine at ringside to help Seville.
SAM HEWITT
Well, if there's any hard feelings about that outcome - they're not being shown yet.
BRIAN SHELZI
You don't put two teams in a match if you're worried about hurting feelings, Sammy. These boys just wanted gold.
You wouldn't describe Seville's look as pleased, but he pats Whitaker on the chest and title face plate and gives him a quick hug.
SAM HEWITT
Fans, thanks for joining us on this chaotic evening here in Waukegan! We're back next week in Kenosha with more Great Lakes Pro-Wrestling! For Brian Shelzi, I'm Sam Hewitt - see you next week!
The final shot is of the WALL standing united, gold in their hands.
