PWGP “CHARGE” begins with highlights from the main event from “Glory Days II: War Games”. Team PWGP appears to be in control of the match when the mysterious man in the tiger mask appears in the ring. We see footage of Eli Buchanan removing the mask, only to be taken aback as he appears to recognise the man standing before him and calls him by the name “Riel”. The lights flicker and Riel is replaced in the cage by a seven foot tall masked red monster, who immediately decimates Buchanan. We see the monster chokeslam BOB right through the ring, then chokeslam the rest of Eli’s partners into the hole as well. The members of the Invaders team take turns taking shots at Eli between a series of double chokeslams from the monster and Kraken. Referee Andrew Roller, fearing for Eli’s well being stops the match and awards the victory to The Invaders, which means they control PWGP for the next thirty days. The footage ends with members of The Invaders hooded minions ripping down everything in the arena with PWGP’s logo on it, while Riel and the traitorous Deedee Gagnon celebrate.
We go inside the PWGP Exhibition Centre, where Deedee Gagnon and Riel stand inside the ring, flanked by the other members of The Invaders, Kraken GRIM, Jin Hirai and Máscara de Tigre Negro. Conspicuous by his absence, there’s no sign of the masked red monster anywhere. The whole roster, minus the members of Team PWGP, are standing on the entrance ramp, talking amongst themselves.
Riel has a microphone and welcomes us all to a new era in PWGP, The Invasion Era! He brags about how this plan has been in fruition from the very moment that PWGP was founded. He points to Deedee Gagnon and brags about how no one realized that she was working together until it was too late to do anything about it. Everyone believed that Gagnon was little more than Robert Fredrick’s dumb blonde assistant, but little did they realize how involved she was in bringing this all together. The crowd boos, but this only seems to egg Riel on more and he mocks them for being just as big a bunch of fools as Robert Fredrick and the members of the BUAC.
Deedee Gagnon takes the microphone and reminds us all that The Invaders are in control now. Yes, the stipulation is only for thirty days, but she’s about to change that. She names herself the acting General Manager of PWGP and announces that in four weeks time they will hold a best of five series, members of the PWGP locker room versus The Invaders, who she tells us have increased their numbers.
Saul Asper and the members of his Army, Television Champion Bryant Adam Thompson, “Iron Mack Brody, True North Ant and The Agents of Pain, break away from the rest of the roster and make their way down to the ring. They enter and the two groups start shaking hands. The crowd begins to boo even louder and when Asper and Gagnon embrace with a kiss, many fans appear ready to throw up at the sight.
Gagnon, Riel and Asper appear to want to continue to brag about how they made this all come together but “New Orleans is Sinking” begins to play and out walks Eli Buchanan, Alan Hunter and East K Connection, much to the delight of the crowd. Eli has a microphone and says he would warn Asper about catching an STD from Gagnon, but from what he’s heard, Asper has more than a few of his own.
Deedee is clearly angry about this comments, but sarcastically thanks Eli and company for showing up and congratulates them for the effort they put up in War Games, going as far as thanking them for making this all possible. She tells them they’ll have an opportunity to redeem themselves in four weeks as they’re obviously the top picks to face The Invaders for complete control fo the company, that is if they’re still working for PWGP by then.
Deedee Gagnon announces that all four of them are scheduled to compete tonight and if they lose their matches, they will be fired.
Gagnon points out that BOB isn’t with Team PWGP, he’s back amongst the members of The Guru’s Gallery, with The Technician and The Moondogs. Tonight Alan Hunter will face of against BOB in a No Disqualification Match.
She addresses the PWGP International Tag Team Champions, The East K Connection, next. Deedee informs us that she’s abolished the points system here in PWGP and wiped the slate clean of those that anyone has amounted this point. The only person who decided when a championship was defended and against who, was her. So tonight Sweet Daddy D and Easy E would defend the International Tag Team Titles against none other than the team than The Agents of Pain, Agents B and D. True North Ant seems a bit dejected by this call and we see the other members of Asper’s Army giving him a rough time.
Lastly, Deedee addresses Eli Buchanan, who she reminds everyone is the worst cousin in the world. She tells him that she’s sick of him constantly belittling her and has never liked him. Tonight, she announces, Eli must defend his title in a gauntlet match against Jin Hirai, Máscara de Tigre Negro, GRIM, Daimon (who we learn is the name of the red masked monster), and lastly Kraken. By the way, did she mention that if he loses by disqualification or count out, he will also lose the title and his job? The title is clearly stacked against him and she half heartedly wishes him the best of luck.
Deedee then orders everyone off the stage because we have a show to get started. She tells Unknown 1 to get in the ring because she’s about to give him the chance to face Bryant Adam Thompson to become the PWGP Television Champion and orders ring announcer, Nick Christoulos to make the introdutions
MATCH 1
PWGP Television Title Match
Bryant Adam Thompson (champion, w/ Saul Asper)
vs
Unknown 1 (w/ Unknown 2)
Referee: Mark Lindsey
The masked man reluctantly makes his way down to the ring, this partner Unknown 2 right by his side, while Thompson waits patiently in the ring. The Invaders and Asper’s Army all exit the ring, but as Unknown 1 slides in, Mack Brody charges and nearly clotheslines Unknown 2 out of his boots on the arena floor.
The commotion on the arena floor distracts Unknown 1 for a moment and he turns to see his partner lying motionless on the floor. He turns back around in time to eat a stiff spinning roundhouse kick from the Notorious B.A.T., who quickly follows up with his version of the Springboard Phoenix Splash, called “The Bat Outta Hell” and picks up the easy pinfall victory to retain his title.
Winner: And still PWGP Television Champion, Bryant Adam Thompson
Following the match, all the members of Asper’s Army and The Invaders came in the ring to celebrate with Thompson. Unknown 2 was tossed in the ring and both masked enhancement talent were given stereo power bombs by Kraken and Brody, while the others laughed, except True North Ant who could be seen shaking his head. The Agents of Pain lifted the Television Champion up on their shoulders to celebrate as we go to break.

Back from break and we meet our new play-by-play man, El Hombre Loco Enmascarado (better known as That Masked Guy). He welcomes us to the show before informing us that Greg Stradford decided to move on to new challenges and wishes him all the best. TMG also informs us that “Big Bad” Paul Carlyle is currently recovering from knee surgery and so replacing him at the announce table is Saul Asper. Saul Asper offers an insincere greeting to TMG and tells Carlyle not to worry and take as long as he needs to recover; “The Voice of the Gagnon Administration” has things covered.
The two discuss the number of changes that have happened since The Invaders won War Games. Asper tells us he’s really looking forward to tonight and tells everyone watching if they want to wrestle for PWGP there’s about to be four openings available.
MATCH 2
BOB (w/ The Guru)
vs
Alan Hunter
-If Hunter loses he will be fired.
Referee: Eddie Tims
At the beginning of the match Hunter tries to reason with BOB. When he mentions War Games, BOB becomes crazed and tossing Hunter into the corner. The green-faced goliath tries to flatten him against the turnbuckles with an avalanche splash but Hunter manages to evade the attack. For the next few minutes Hunter manages to stick and move, hitting BOB with stiff kicks to the legs before dodging blows the big man’s blows. This tactic didn’t help him for long, as BOB managed to grab his leg and pulled him into a clothesline.
From here the big man would dominate most of the match simple tossing Alan Hunter around the ring and stomping on him. Meanwhile The Guru cheered his monstrosity on, shouting out directions and reminding BOB that Hunter and the others are responsible for what happened to him at War Games. The match would appear to be over when BOB would hit his big boot, running splashing combination, but The Guru would urge BOB to further hurt Hunter. At his manager’s instruction, BOB ascended to the top rope and went for a flying splash. At the last second Hunter managed to roll out of the way, causing the big man crash painfully to the mat.
Both men were slow to recover. BOB managed to get to his feet first and tried for another running splash to the still prone Hunter. Hunter would managed to roll out of the way a second time and used the opportunity to rise to feet. He would drop kick BOB from behind, knocking him into the ropes, and rolled him up with a school boy for a two count. BOB would kick out but would soon fall victim to a second school boy for a near fall. With BOB confused, Hunter hit a pair of spin heel kicks but couldn’t bring the big man down. Hunter would follow up with a trio of super kicks, each seemed to rock BOB more than the previous, but still BOB wouldn’t go down. When Hunter went for a fourth super kick, BOB managed to sidestep it and grabbing Hunter by the hair began to hit a series of headbutts. The crowd began to boo as BOB continued with the brutal attack until Hunter literally collapsed to the mat, unconscious. BOB would try continue the punishment, but Eddie Tims had seen enough and called for the bell to end the match, holding up the X motion with his arms to indicate Hunter is injured..
Winner: BOB
Following the match, trainers and EMTs arrive to check on Alan Hunter while The Guru does his best to hold BOB back even as he’s laughing with delight. The EMTs place a brace around Hunter’s neck before moving him to a stretcher. They crowd is stunned by what has occurred, but applaud politely as Hunter is stretchered towards the back.
As the EMTs move him throughout the back, many of the roster members look on with a dejected look on their faces. The EMTs are stopped by Deedee Ganon who asks if Hunter is conscious. When she’s informed he is, she makes the effort to get right into his face as he lies prone on the stretcher, yells, “You’re Fired!” and orders the EMTs to get him out of her arena. The last we see of Hunter is he being placed in the ambulance and driven to the Health Science Centre for immediate attention.
***
Back from the break and we find ourselves in Deedee Gagnon’s office where a celebration is happening with all the members of Asper’s Army and The Invaders because of Alan Hunter’s termination. All of Robert Fredrick’s belongings have noticeably been removed and replaced by pictures of Gagnon, Asper and Riel. Gagnon tell the group that their quest for complete control of PWGP has only begun. Riel agrees and tells The Agents of Pain it’s their turn, wishing the “new International Tag Team Champions” the best of luck and telling them to go break someone’s leg. Gagnon tells True North Ant to go with them to redeem himself after ruining part of their plan at War Games. TNA says nothing and exits the office, following his stable mates.

MATCH 3
PWGP International Tag Team Title Match
The East K Connection (champions, Easy E and Sweet Daddy D)
vs
The Agents of Pain (Agents B and D, with True North Ant)
-If The East E Connection lose they will both be fired.
Referee: Eddie Tims
The Agents of Pain attack Easy E and Sweet Daddy D right at the bell and toss them out of the ring. They whip the Tag Team Champions into the barricade and start choking them with chairs at ringside. Tims threatens to disqualify them, but Deedee Gagnon appears of the big screen and tells him that she’s officially making this a no holds barred tag team tornado match. Tims looks less than pleased by the call but has no option but to stand back and allow the action to continue.
Agents B and D hear Gagnon’s announcement and her words seem to fire them up. They start nailing Easy E and Sweet Daddy D with chair shots before tossing them both in the ring. The Agents pull a table out from beneath the ring and slide it in and begin setting it up. Agent D tries to grab Easy E to set him up for something terrible in mind, but the masked man catches him off guard with a jaw breaker. He tries to follow up but nearly gets his head taken off by Agent B with a chair.
Agent B hits both members of The East K Connection with the chair several times before tossing it over the top rope towards the entrance ramp. Boths Agents of Pain place Sweet Daddy D on the table and prepare to use their finisher, the Flapjack, on Easy E to send both men through it, when Agent B stops his partner and points to True North Ant. They call him in the ring and it soon becomes clear they want him to use the Red River Plunge to put do the honor instead. TNA seems reluctant but grabs Easy E and lifts him up in the crucifix, but seems unable to bring himself to complete the act. He suddenly drops Easy E and shakes his head, telling his stable mates he won’t do it. Saul Asper is furious. He leaves the announce table to confront his client and the two begin to argue in the middle of the ring. Asper slaps the taste out of TNA’s mouth and without even hesitating True North Ant slaps him right back, sending his manager to the mat.
True North Ant doesn’t even have a chance to savor what he’s just done. The Agents of Pain immediately attack him from behind and begin beating him down. Meanwhile, The East K Connection have been given the opportunity to recover. They pick up the chairs and hit their opponents across the backs with them before grabbing Agent D and putting him through the table with a Flapjack, much to the delight of the crowd. Sweet Daddy D picks up a chair and they toss it at Agent B, who catches it but soon regrets that decision as the champions hit a double super kick, smashing the chair into his face. They both cover him and Eddie Tims counts the pin, while True North Ant holds Asper by the leg, preventing him from breaking up the pin.
Winners: And still PWGP International Tag Team Champions, The East K Connection
The rest of Aspers Army and The Invaders charge the ring after the match, but True North Ant and the champions quickly make their exit through the crowd with the belts. Saul Asper is openly livid as he gets to his feet and Deedee can be seen at ringside with Riel, fuming at ringside. The production team decides this is a good time to go to break before someone gets their head cut off.
***
We’re back and Deedee is still pacing at ringside in anger. She asks the crowd if they liked what they saw in that last match. The crowd tells her they do. She informs them they’ll love what they’ll see next week then. In the main event the PWGP International Tag Team Titles will be on the line when The East K Connection is forced to defend them in a Fatal Fourway Match against The Agents of Pain, The Demon Brigade and The Moondogs. She also announces that True North Ant, for his treasonous act, will be executed next week for his crimes when he goes one-on-one with Daimon!
Senior official Andrew Roller comes out to officiate the main event, but Deedee Gagnon tells him she’s giving him and Eddie Tims the rest of the night off. She brings out Mark Lindsey to referee the match. That Masked Guy questions the decision, as Roller has pretty much always officiated the main events while Lindsey has only been trusted with being the official for the lower card matches. Salu Asper, now much more calm, argues it’s a brilliant decision, and isn’t just saying that because his “Muffin” made the call but because Lindsey has earned this right after calling matches so well over the last few months. That Masked Guy simply quips that he figured Asper would say something like that, before telling us it’s time for the main event.
MAIN EVENT
MATCH 4
PWGP Global Title Match
Eli Buchanan (champion)
vs
The Invaders
-Held under “Gauntlet Rules”
-The title can change by pinfall, submission, referee stoppage, disqualification or count out
-If Buchanan loses he will be fire
Referee: Mark Lindsey
Jin Hirai starts off the match for The Invaders. He awaits Buchanan’s arrival but the Global Champion doesn’t appear on stage when his theme music starts to play. Everyone appears confused about this and Deedee orders all her henchmen to go find him.
Meanwhile one of the cameramen enters the ring while everyone, including Gagnon and Lindsey, had their backs turned. He removed his hat and shirt, revealing it was Buchanan. The crowd began to cheer loudly. When Hirai turned around, Buchanan blasted him with the camera in his hands and tossed it to Easy E, who quickly disappeared with the evidence through the crowd once more. When Mark Lindsey turned around, he found an impatient Eli Buchanan covering an unconscious dazed Hirai and reluctantly counted the three count, while an angry Deedee Gagnon looked on from ringside.
Jin Hirai has been eliminated.
Gagnon turns back to the stage and yells for the next person to come out, Máscara de Tigre Negro. The masked luchador charged the ring towards his former mentor, Buchanan, but the man known as The Last Dragon cut him off with a Topé suicida. Buchanan quickly picked up Tigre up and rammed him face first into the ring post before tossing him into the ring, sliding in after him. Buchanan wasted no more time hitting Máscara de Tigre Negro with the Chaos Driver and quickly put him away for the three count, while keeping eye contact with Gagnon the entire time.
Máscara de Tigre Negro has been eliminated.
That Masked Guy puts over the brilliance of Buchanan’s offense so far, having quickly put away two of his five opponents. The crowd seems to agree with TMG’s assessment do far, but Asper, once again livid, points out that there’s no way Buchanan can hope to survive the three men coming up.
GRIM is out next, but seems less interested in getting in the ring and more concerned about his minion and tag team partner, Jin Hirai, who is still recovering at ringside. Deedee screams at him to get in the ring and attack Buchanan, but the dark wizard only looks annoyed at her.
Finally, he relents and gets in the ring. Buchanan charges at him as he steps through the ropes and GRIM immediately spits green mist in his face. Buchanan falls back on the mat, screaming and clutching his eyes. Mark Lindsey calls for the bell and disqualifies GRIM.
GRIM is eliminated.
Deedee Gagnon begins to get in GRIM’s face about what he just did, but sees her cousin lying in the ring having water poured into his eyes and thinks better of it. For his part, GRIM ignores her altogether and leaves with Hirai in toe. That Masked Guy quips how once again GRIM does only what he wishes, and answers to no man or woman unless he wants to.
Saul Asper chooses not to argue this, as he sees a golden opportunity for the next man to become the Global Champion. Kraken comes out and Asper quickly excused himself, declaring that he’s about to finally lead his French Canadian Colossus to the championship.
Still half blind from the green mist attack, Buchanan is blindsided by Kraken, as the four hundred pounder enters the ring and levels him with a huge clothesline. The big man picked Buchanan up and tossed him in the corner and proceeded to hit him with a series of rapid-fire body blows. Kraken whipped Buchanan across the ring to the opposite corner and followed him in with an avalanche splash. He then tossed Buchanan into the centre of the ring and followed up with a running elbow drop before going for the pin.
To the shock of a few, Buchanan managed to kick out, but this only seemed to prolong his suffering. For the next several minutes Kraken would simply abuse his former teacher with body blows and stiff slams. He seemed to take pleasure out of hearing Buchanan scream in pain, as did Gagnon, Asper and Riel at ringside, who egged him on to continue the punishment.
Kraken seemed anxious to finally put his rival away and erase the single pinfall blemish in his PWGP career. He grabbed Buchanan by the throat and lifted him up. He grabbed Buchanan’s right leg and hit a thunderous leg trap chokeslam. Kraken went for the cover but Buchanan kicked out at two. Undeterred, Kraken lifted him up and hit him with a second one, but once again Buchanan kicked out at two.
Enraged, Kraken pulled Buchanan to his feet and tossed him into the corner. He began striking his former mentor with countless body blows with no sign of stopping. Mark Lindsey tried to get him let Buchanan out of the corner, but Kraken swatted him away, knocking him to the mat.
With the referee down and a temporary reprieve from the strikes, Buchanan took advantage of the opportunity to kick Kraken between the legs. As big as he was and as strong as he was, even Kraken could not withstand such a blow and crumbled to the mat. Asper jumped up on the apron to protest what had happened to Lindsey, who was just now getting up and hadn’t seen a thing, but Buchanan clotheslined him to the floor.
Buchanan looks over at Lindsey, but he’s still down. Kraken tries to get up, still holding his sore nether regions. The champions shrugs his shoulders, realizing he needs to do a lot more, which means… FIREBALL! Kraken falls back to the mat, screaming as he clutches his face. Buchanan quickly bounced off the ropes and hit Kraken in the face with the Thunderstuck (Boyame knee strike and went for the pin. Mark Lindsey was still so shaken from being knocked over by Kraken that he completely missed Buchanan’s feet on the ropes as the champion used every advantage he could to keep his opponent down for the three count.
Kraken has been eliminated.
Deedee is in absolute shock at what just happened and even makes a point of screaming at That Masked Guy, who suggests to his boss if she had went with a more competent referee maybe Buchanan wouldn’t still be champion at this point. Deedee chosen not to say anything, but instead can be heard promising Asper that she will make this “injustice” up to them, as he helps trainers attend to Kraken’s burns.
Inside the ring, Buchanan stands defiant. That Masked Guy points out how he’s pulled out a lot of tricks to make it this far and had a bit of luck along the way thanks to GRIM’s decision not to play along with Deedee’s orders. The hardest task would seem to be still ahead though, as Buchanan looks around for Daimon.
Instead though, Riel gets in the ring. He goes over to Mark Lindsey, apparently to check if he’s okay but instead kicks him in the gut and drops him with a hammerlock DDT. Buchanan looks absolute shocked at the man’s action and the two begin to yell at one another. Riel eggs Buchanan on, telling him this is his opportunity to get his hands on him, the man who has been tormenting Buchanan for months. Buchanan looks like he’s about to attack Riel, but the lights go out in the PWGP Exhibition Centre.
Buchanan is ready when the lights come back up and he finds himself standing across the ring from the monstrous Daimon. He immediately throws a fireball in the face of the giant masked man, but to his shock Daimon doesn’t even appear the least fazed by the attack. Daimon quickly grabs the stunned Global Champion by the throat and chokeslams him in the centre of the ring. With no referee to call the match, Daimon continues his rampage by picking Buchanan up and tossing him over the top rope. The giant follows him out and picks him up again. Buchanan tries to defend himself but Daimon doesn’t appear to feel any of the punches at all. He grabs Buchanan by the throat and chokeslams him a second time, this time on the arena floor. This still doesn’t appear to be enough for the monster, as he clears off the announce table, sending That Masked Guy scurrying for his life. Daimon points a finger at the desk and fire shoots out, setting the table ablaze. He picks Buchanan up and choke slams him through the announce table, setting the champion on fire!
Meanwhile, Deedee Gagnon pulls the referee shirt off Mark Lindsey and puts it on. She gets in the ring and calls to Daimon. The monster picks up the limp, burnt body of Buchanan and tosses him in the ring. Deedee begs him for “one more” and Daimon lifts Buchanan up by the throat, but he doesn’t seem satisfied with simply another chokeslam and releases him momentarily. He hooks his arm under Buchanan’s leg and grabs him by the throat again and lifts him straight up in the air and hits Buchanan with a Chokebreaker driving him spine first down on his evil knee. Daimon places one finger on Buchanan’s chest and Gagnon takes delight making a long, exaggerated three count.
Winner: AND NEW PWGP Global Champion, Daimon!
The new champion stands victorious for a moment, holding the title above his head while the stunned crowd sits in silence. The lights flicker in the arena and suddenly both Daimon and the Global Title are gone. Instead, Riel once more stands in his place. He and Gagnon hug, their victory won.
Trainers and EMTs try to check on Buchanan, but Riel shoves them aside while Deedee Gagnon grabs a microphone and addresses “the piece of trash lying in her ring”. With great joy Deedee tells Buchanan the words she’s been waiting ten months to say, “YOU’RE FIRED!” Riel cackles with glee as Dee orders the EMTs to “get this piece of sh#t out of my ring."
The show goes off the air with Buchanan being loaded up on the stretcher and carried out of the arena.
Can anything or anyone is going to be able to stop this terrible regime. The only one way to find out is tune in next week! But in the meantime, and in between time… Good night, God bless and may the Force be with you.
We go inside the PWGP Exhibition Centre, where Deedee Gagnon and Riel stand inside the ring, flanked by the other members of The Invaders, Kraken GRIM, Jin Hirai and Máscara de Tigre Negro.
