BIOGRAPHY - Johnny Weyland is a disgraced college football player. He was a promising Strong Safety turned Quarterback, but was caught up in a scandal over massive NCAA violations. The staff and team were fired and/or banned and three years worth of Championships were forfeited. While Johnny was a gifted student/athlete with a high grade point average, he was still expelled from the school. His family, a proud Louisiana family with political ties, turned their back on him. This set him out in search for something better. Fighting became that source, specifically illegal fighting. In an effort to make things right, he turned to an Agent named Tony Chu who took him under his wing. Tony Chu directed him towards Lion's Road to pursuit a career in professional wrestling.

DESCRIPTION - The lights in the arena fade away and as "If I had a Tail" by Queens of the Stone Age hits, the lights come back up in crimson red. Josh Homme's voice calls out the lyrics as the anticipation grows in the crowd. "Gitchy gitchy, Oooh la la, Da doo run run, Ya won't get far."
The Lion's mouth roars open as John Weyland steps through. He stands and looks out at the fans as smoke billows out of the Lion's nostrils. He's wearing a hooded robe, hiding most of his face. He makes his way down the center of the elevated ramp towards the ring, when finally reaches the ring ropes he pushes his hood back off of his head. Josh Homme sings, "I'm machine, obsolete. The land of the free--Lobotomy."
Weyland uses the top rope to sling himself up and over the rope and into the ring. He goes to the center of the ring where he takes off his robe as the lights return to normal. Josh Homme sings, "If I had a tail, i'd own, the night."
Weyland goes to his corner as the music fades and warms up as he waits.
